One — Tell us the vision
Send your date, venue, guest count and any inspiration you have saved. A colour, an outfit or a single photo is enough to start.

Two — See the design
You get a decor concept with layout, florals, fabrics and lighting, plus an itemised quote you can adjust before anything is booked.

Three — We set it up
Our team loads in, installs and styles everything on the day, stays for touch-ups, and clears the venue afterwards so you don't have to.
Where we decorate
Lavana Event is based in Vancouver and travels across the Lower Mainland for weddings and celebrations. We work in banquet halls, community centres, hotels, gurdwaras, temples, farms and private homes, and we coordinate load-in times directly with your venue.

Common questions
Which areas do you decorate in?
Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland — including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, Delta, New Westminster, North Vancouver and Abbotsford. Travel outside these areas can be quoted on request.
How far in advance should I book?
Weddings are usually booked six to twelve months ahead, especially for summer dates. Birthdays, baby showers and smaller events can often be arranged with three to four weeks' notice.
Do you handle setup and takedown?
Yes. We deliver, install and remove everything on the day, and arrange access times with your venue so nothing lands on you.
Can you work to a specific theme or colour palette?
Yes. Bring a palette, an outfit, a Pinterest board or one photo you love and we design around it. That's where our line comes from: dream it, we'll theme it.
What does event decor cost in Vancouver?
It depends on the size of the space, how many installations you want and which flowers are in season. Share your date, venue and guest count and we'll send an itemised quote with options at more than one budget.
Do you rent decor without setup?
Some pieces are available as rentals on their own. Tell us what you're after and we'll confirm availability for your date.
